[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 549, November 27, 1975 ]
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE MANSION HOUSE, BAGUIO CITY, RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, FROM NOVEMBER 6 TO 8, 1975.
In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74, dated August 20, 1974, the personnel of the Mansion House, Baguio City, whose services were needed beyond the regular office hours on November 6-8, 1975 to perform specific duties assigned to them by the Household Manager therein, in connection with the state visit of Governor Ariyoshi of Hawaii, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-I(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246, as amended, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
