GUILLERMO C. DE VEGA The remains of the late Dr. GUILLERMO C. DE VEGA will be brought to the Malacañang Compound tomorrow morning, October 31st, and lie in state at the main lobby of the Administration Building for two hours beginning at 8:30 A.M. All officials and employees are hereby invited to come and pay their last respects to our beloved co-worker. They should be at Gate 3 not later than 8:00 A.M. to be on hand for the arrival of the remains and the half-masting of the flag.1aшphi1 It is suggested that lady employees be in their navy blue uniform with the red checkered collar removed or tucked in.
