ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF VIGIL BY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT FOR THE LATE DR. GUILLERMO C. DE VEGA.

The remains of the late Dr. GUILLERMO C. DE VEGA will lie in state at the Chanel of the Mount Carmel Church,  Broadway Avenue,  Quezon City, beginning 1:00 p.m. today,  October 28,  1975, until  internment or. Friday, October 31st.

In reverence to our late co-worker, officials and employees of the Office of the President are requested to keep vigil at the chapel according to the attached schedule. The heads of office concerned shall take charge of organizing their vigil groups, leaving a skeleton force to man their office.1aшphi1

Those to keep vigil during office hours are hereby excused from office.
