CREATING A TASK FORCE KNOWN AS “OPERATION LINIS DAGAT” TO ACCELERATE THE CLEANING OF LAGUNA LAKE.
In line with the desire of the President to accelerate the cleaning of Laguna Lake which include the demolition of abandoned or illegally constructed fishpens geared toward wise utilization and conservation of aquatic resources therein, there is hereby created a task force otherwise known as “Operation Linis Dagat” composed of the following:

The Task Force shall plan and implement an action program designed to translate the desire of the President. Services of personnel of agencies involved with the assistance of Barangay leaders and member should be harnessed to attain the objectives of the Clean-Up Drive.
Funds for this purpose shall be drawn from the budget of the respective agencies concerned.1aшphi1
All heads of Departments, Bureaus and Offices and instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby enjoined to extend full support and assistance to the Task Force to enable it to accomplish its task.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
