[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 520, June 19, 1975 ]

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO PASS UPON THE CLAIMS FOR TERMINAL LEAVE AND RETIREMENT GRATUITIES OF FORMER EMPLOYEES OF THE DEFUNCT EMERGENCY EMPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATION

A committee to handle the processing and payment of the claims for terminal leaves and retirement gratuities of 6,560 former employees of the defunct Emergency Employment Administration is hereby created to be composed of the following members;

Mr. Teofilo G. Gelvezon
EEA Unit Chairman

Mr. Antonio Florendo
Finance Office, Malacañang Vice Chairman

Mr. Cesar Rubio
EEA Unit Member

Mr. Emmanuel R. Rowan
Board of Liquidators Member

Mr. Isabelo A. Cendaña
COA Representative Member

Mr. Adolfo Bustric
Accounting Office Malacañang Member

The Committee shall adopt the necessary procedure and guidelines to insure the processing and payment of the aforementioned claims in a most expeditious manner. The operational expenses of the Committee shall be charged against the funds of the EEA.

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
