[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 512, May 22, 1975 ]
EXTENDING THE PERIOD COVERED BY THE AUTHORITY GRAFTED TO CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAÑANG ENGINEER’S OFFICE TO RENDER, OVERTIME SERVICES WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.
The period within which the following four (4) personnel and six (6) other workers are to render overtime services with additional compensation pursuant to Section 7-1(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 24-6, as amended, in connection with the two-storey multi-purpose building project as authorized under Memorandum Order No. 498, dated March 7, 1975, is hereby extended from April 23 to July 15, 1975, as an exception to Memorandum 192-74, dated August 20, 1974, subject to the availability of funds and the usual audit:

The above-named personnel and two (2) other employees who are similarly authorized to render overtime services in connection with the Mini Park Project under Memorandum Order No. 501, dated March 24, 1975 are likewise hereby allowed to extend such services from July 1 to 31, 1975, as an exception to said Memorandum 192-74, subject to the availability of funds and the usual audit.1aшphi1
It is understood that the two projects shall be finished within the above-mentioned periods and that no further extension shall be granted.
