[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 511, May 14, 1975 ]
AUTHORIZING THE FINANCIAL COMMITTEE OF THE PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MINDANAO ABOLISHED UNDER P.D. 690 TO CONTINUE SERVING AS AN INTERIM FINANCIAL COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 690, the Presidential Task Force for Reconstruction and Development of Mindanao, and its Financial Committee have been abolished;
WHEREAS, the interim committee and its working groups created under Memorandum Order No. 506 tasked to coordinate the activities of the abolished agencies do not include a financial group to handle fund disbursements for on-going and proposed projects and activities of RAD Mindanao.1aшphi1
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby authorized that the Financial Committee of the PTF RAD Mindanao continuously serve its functions as an Interim Financial Committee attached to the Interim Committee created under Memorandum Order 506. Specifically, the Interim Financial Committee in coordination with the Interim Committee created under Memorandum Order 506 shall disburse, advance and/or sub-allot funds after 22 April 1975, such funds being released to finance projects under the RAD Mindanao program for the period ending FY 1975 under P.D. 290 and P.D. 255. The Committee shall likewise, maintain and prepare the necessary-accounting and auditing requirements for the proper handling of funds.
The Deputy Executive Secretary shall oversee the activities of the Interim Financial Committee.
