MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 509, April 28, 1975 ] Pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 4665, the Presidential Assistant on Housing and Resettlement Agency is hereby designated Special Action Officer of the Rehabilitation Committee created under the said Act. Under this designation, he is hereby authorized to take such steps as may be necessary in causing an orderly and effective phasing out of the resettlement activities of the Rehabilitation Committee.1aшphi1 In the performance of his assigned task, he is also hereby authorized to cell upon any official or entity of the government, both national and local, for such assistance and support as may be necessary for the successful implementation of this Order.
