[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 508, April 28, 1975 ]

AUTHORIZING SEVENTY-SIX (76) PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAÑANG HOUSEHOLD TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74 dated August 20, 1974, the seventy-six (76) household personnel enumerated in the attached list (except the three detailed military men) are hereby authorized to render overtime service with additional compensation pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-I(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246, as amended, for the period from April 5 to 12, 1975 in connection with the State Visit of President Nicolas Ceausescu of Romania, subject to the availability of funds and the usual audit.

The additional compensation shall be based on P200.00 only per month divided by the number of working hours during the month, provided that it will not exceed the equivalent of the regular compensation.1aшphi1
