CREATING A PRESIDENTIAL CENSUS COORDINATING BOARD SECRETARIAT TO PROVIDE STAFF SERVICES TO THE BOARD
There is hereby created a Presidential Census Coordinating Board Secretariat pursuant to Resolution No. 1 adopted by the Board on 6 March 1975 composed of the following:

The Secretariat shall perform the following functions:
Provide staff services to the PCCB; |
Department of Public Information |
Formulate the implementing guidelines and operational procedures for the integrated census-taking in accordance to the policies decided upon by the PCCB; and
Coordinate closely with the respective departments and offices concerned on decisions and matters taken up during the meetings of the Secretariat.
The Secretariat members are authorized to receive allowances payable from the funds of their respective departments and offices in the amount that-shall be determined by the said departments and offices but in no case to be less than ?150 per month for the period March to June 1975, subject to the availability of funds and the usual auditing, rules and regulations.
The National Census and Statistics Office may call upon the Secretariat members from time to time for consultation and ordination.1aшphi1
