MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 500, March 24, 1975 ] AUTHORIZING FORTY (40) PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAÑANG ENGINEER’S OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH MEAL ALLOWANCE. In connection with the improvement of the swimming pool and the conversion of an office in the Palace into a bedroom, such personnel of the Malacañang Engineer’s Office whose services are actually needed in the two projects, but not exceeding twenty (20) men in each project, are hereby authorized to render overtime service as an exception to Memorandum 192-74 dated August 20, 1974, with one (1) meal allowance a day on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for the month of March 1975, chargeable against the corresponding funds of the projects, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements .1aшphi1 By authority of the President:: (SGD.)
