[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 498, March 7, 1975 ]
AUTHORIZING TEN (10) PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAÑANG ENGINEERING OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICES WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.
The following four (4) personnel and six (6) other workers who may be chosen on a selective and/or rotation basis of the Malacañang Engineer’s Office, are hereby authorized to render overtime services during Satudrays and holidays for the duration of the construction of the two-storey building where the said Office will transfer together with other offices of Malacañang and the payment of additional compensation for overtime services actually rendered and to be rendered by them in connecting therewith pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1 (32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246, as amended, as an exception to Memorandum Order No. 373, series of 1974, effective September 28, 1974 instead of February 14, 1975, chargeable against the sum of ?400,000.00 approved for the said Project, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
