Further amending Memorandum Order No. 395, dated October 19, 1973, “Creating a Committee to study ways and means to encourage public utility vehicle drivers to organize themselves into cooperatives.”

Memorandum Order No. 395, series of 1973, as amended, is hereby further amended so as to include Professor FEDERICO B. SILAO as member of of the Committee created thereunder.1aшphi1

This circular takes effect immediately.
