CREATING A TASK FORCE FOR THE 16TH MEETING OF THE COORDINATING COMMITTEE (COORDCOM) OF THE SOUTHEAST ASIAN REGIONAL TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATION DEVELOPMENT (SEATAC) FROM 6-9 DECEMBER 1974.
In order to insure the success of the 16th Meeting of the COORDCOM-SEATAC from 6-9 December 1974, to be held at the Population Center Foundation, the following government personnel are hereby constituted as a Task Force, to render administrative support for the said meeting:

The above-named personnel are hereby authorized reimbursement of transportation and necessary expenses to be fixed by the Chairman, as maybe allowed under existing laws and regulations chargeable against the appropriations authorized for the conference.
