DESIGNATING THE SECRETARY OF PUBLIC INFORMATION AS EX-OFFICIO MEMBER OF COMMITTEES TO CELEBRATE SPECIAL WEEKS.

WHEREAS, in the celebration of the various “Weeks” proclaimed by the President, Department of Public Information should participate more fully in the formulation of communication programs undertaken in connection with the occasions;

WHEREFORE, the Secretary of Public Information, or his duly authorized representative, is designated ex-officio member, in the cases where he is not yet a member of all committees or organizations designated to take charge of the special “Weeks” declared by the President from time to time.1aшphi1
