In the interest of providing assistance to the Nuclear Finance Team in its negotiations and discussions with the US Eximbank and other commercial banks regarding the Philippine Nuclear Power Project, Messrs. Ernest Leung and Ricardo E. Alfonso, of the Central Bank of the Philippines (CB) and the Power Development Council (PDC), respectively, are hereby directed to participate in the negotiations and discussions thereof and undertake the necessary subsequent follow-ups therefor.1aшphi1
