AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 408 DATED FEBRUARY 20, 1974, CREATING A STEERING COMMITTEE EOR THE FORMULATION OF AN IRRIGATION DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CENTRAL LUZON AND OTHER BASINS.
Memorandum Order No. 408 issued by this Office on February 20, 1974,is hereby amended to reconstitute the membership of the Steering Committee who shall be the duly designated representatives of the following agencies:

The same Memorandum Order is further amended by providing that the members of the Steering Committee shall be entitled to allowance at the rate of one hundred pesos (?100.00) per meeting for actual attendance, but not to exceed three hundred pesos (?300.00) each month.
