CREATING THE INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 410
There is hereby created an Inter-Agency Committee composed of the following:

Representative of the Presidential Task Force for the Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Mindanao |
-Member |
The Coordinating Committee shall undertake the following functions;
1. To implement the provisions of Presidential Decree 410 and its implementing rules and regulations.
2. To promulgate supplementary rules and regulations to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
3. To coordinate with all agencies of the government and the National Cultural Communities for the implementation of the program on ancestral lands.1aшphi1
4. To perform such other functions as may be assigned by the Office of the President or the Secretary of Natural Resources.
The Inter-Agency Committee is authorized and empowered to call upon all bureaus, agencies or instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, as well as the private sector, to give the necessary cooperation and assistance for the successful prosecution and discharge of its functions.
The Inter-Agency Committee shall operate and continue to exercise its powers until such time as its designated tasks are completed.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
