CREATING MOBILE TEAMS OF THE RAD MINDANAO PROGRAMS.
Effective immediately there is hereby created Mobile Teams of the RAD Mindanao Programs to identify priority projects within the predominantly Muslim Mindanao areas, specifically for the Lanao, Zamboanga and Cotabato areas.
The respective Mobile Teams shall be composed of the following members representing the different government agencies involved in the development programs of Mindanao.

5. Local Water Utilities Administration
a) Carlos Leano, Jr.

c) Benjamin Panganiban
6. Budget Commission
a) Jose Sempio
b) Aiden Velasco
c) Benjamin V. Mendoza
7. RAD Mindanao Task Force
a) Roberto L. Abling

Respective members of each Mobile Team shall provide immediately the listings of priority projects within the area under consideration, guidelines in pursuing project implementation/development, and criteria for financial support of said projects.1aшphi1
All expenses incidental to the operations of the RAD Mindanao Mobile Teams are chargeable against the RAD Mindanao Budget as authorized under P.D. 290 subject to the availability of funds, the accounting and auditing requirements and the existing rules and regulations of the General Auditing Office.
