CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO PREPARE AN OPERATIONS PLAN FOR THE SECOND SOUTHEAST ASIAN MINISTERIAL CONFERENCE ON TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS.

In connection with the forthcoming Second Southeast Asian Ministerial Conference on Transport and Communications to be held in Manila in July, 1974, there is hereby created an Inter-Agency Committee to prepare the Operations Plan to be composed of the following:

Gen. Marte U. Iglesias Acting Director Bureau of Transportation	Chairman
Mr. Jose Clemente Department of Tourism	Member
Mr. Victorino A. Basco National Economic and Development Authority	Member
Mr. Fernando Gose National Economic and Development Authority	Member
Mr. Epitacio Marquez Bureau of Telecommunications	Member
Mr. Annulfo Ramirez Development Management Staff	Member
Mr. Luis Tabuena Manila International Airport	Member
Operations Officer Metrocom	Member
Protocol Officer Department of Foreign Affairs	Member

The Committee shall meet upon the call of the Chairman, and is authorized to call upon all government departments, bureaus, offices and agencies for such assistance as it may deem necessary in discharging its functions.1aшphi1

The Committee shall submit a Report of the Operations Plan to the Office of the President not later than 30 June 1974
