[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 420, April 5, 1974 ]

FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 62, s-1963, AS AMENDED BY MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 291, s-1972, AND MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 405, DATED JANUARY 28, 1974 ENTITLED, “CREATING A RECORDS MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.”

Memorandum Order No. 62, dated October 28, 1963, creating a Committee on Records Retention and Disposal for the Office of the President, which was amended by Memorandum Order No. 391, dated July 5, 1972, renaming the body thus created as “Records Management Improvement Committee,” and including among its functions those enumerated in DGS Department Order No. 4, series of 1968, is hereby further amended to include the name of Mr. Faustino Borja, Presidential Staff Director, in lieu of the name of Jose Olaguera, who has retired from the service.

This Order takes effect immediately.1aшphi1
