CREATING AN EDP MANAGEMENT AUDIT COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND EVALUATE THE OPERATIONS OF THE BUREAU OF PRINTING COMPUTER INSTALLATION.
In line with the provisions of Executive Order No. 322, Office of the President, s. 1971, and Presidential Decree No. 1-A, s. 1972, regarding the implementation of the government policy on computer development and utilization, an EDP Management Audit Committee is hereby created to look into, study and evaluate the efficacy of the operations of the Bureau of Printing Computer Installation.
The Management Audit Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee shall be charged with the following responsibilities:
1. To determine the EDP short- and long-range requirements of the Bureau of Printing.
2. To determine whether the existing computer installation and present systems efforts are consistent with and fulfill stated objectives, authorized plans or the requirements of the Bureau
3. To analyze systems output and costs, and identify-where costs can be reduced and where capabilities needed be extended.1aшphi1
4. To determine alternatives open to the Bureau to fulfill its EDP requirements.
The Management Audit Committee is hereby authorized to call upon the Bureau of Printing for such assistance and cooperation as may be required to successfully discharge its functions.
