[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 407, February 18, 1974 ]

AUTHORIZING THE PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAŅANG CLINIC TO OBSERVE OFFICE HOURS FROM 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS.

In the interest of the service, the personnel of the Malacaņang Clinic are hereby authorized to observe the following office hours from Mondays through Fridays, as an exception to the provisions of General Order No. 40, series of 1975:

8:00 A.M.	to	12:00 Noon
1:00 P.M.	to	5:00 P.M.

The Presidential Staff Director of the Malacaņang Clinic shall, however, continue to provide sufficient number of necessary personnel from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. during the said days, for emergency services, and assign skeleton force from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
