MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 406, February 18, 1974 ] PRESCRIBING PROCEDURE FOR THE RENEWAL OF MALACAÑANG CAR STICKERS. In view of the approval of the issuance of new Malacañang car stickers for use on the cars of officials and employees of the Office of the President, Budget Commission and the Department of Public Information, all concerned are hereby advised to get in touch with the personnel officer of their respective offices who will start issuing forms for the renewal of their car stickers starting February 18, 1974. The Office of the Assistant Executive Secretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the Office of the Provost Marshall and the Malacañang Information and Assistance Unit will coordinate in the implementation of this matter.1aшphi1 This Order shall take effect immediately.
