[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 405, January 28, 1974 ]

FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 62, S-1963, AS AMENDED BY MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 291, DATED JULY 5, 1972, ENTITLED, “CREATING A RECORDS MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.”

Memorandum Order No. 62, dated October 28, 1963, creating a Committee on Records Retention and Disposal for the Office of the President, which was amended by Memorandum Order No. 291, dated July 5, 1972, renaming the body thus created as “Records Management Improvement Committee,” and including among its functions those enumerated in DGS Department Order No. 4, series of 1968, is hereby further amended to reconstitute the membership in the Committee, as follows:

Ronaldo B. Zamora Assistant Executive Secretary	Chairman
Pernando C. Santico Presidential Staff Director Administrative Office	Member
Jose Olaguera Presidential Staff Director Finance Office	Member
Leopoldo Mendoza Presidential Staff Director Political Affairs Office	Member
Melquiades dela Cruz Presidential Staff Director Records Office	Member
