[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 401, December 20, 1973 ]

AUTHORIZING THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE AND AUDITING OFFICE, IN THIS OFFICE TO HANDLE THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS AND OBLIGATE THE FUNDS OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL VOLUNTEERS SERVICE COORDINATING OFFICE, AND AUDIT THE EXPENDITURES, RESPECTIVELY.

In the interest of the service, the Accounting and Auditing Offices in this Office are hereby authorized to handle the books of accounts and obligate the funds of the PNVSCO, and audit the expenditure of the same, respectively.

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
