MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 399, November 26, 1973 ] TO: All Chiefs of Divisions and Heads of Operating Units in the Executive Office, as well as all Agencies and Offices under the Office of the President This will confirm the verbal instructions of the Executive Secretary transmitted by telephone on September 26, 1973, requiring all Chiefs of Divisions and Heads of Operating Units in the Executive Office, as well as all Heads of Offices and Agencies under the Office of the President, to submit their accomplishment reports covering the period from July 1, 1972 to June 30, 1973. Up to the present time however, only a few offices have submitted their reports. As sufficient time has elapsed for the preparation of said reports, compliance with the above instructions by 5 November 1973 is hereby enjoined.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
