CREATING A PROJECT DEVELOPMENT STUDY TEAM FOR THE ARAKAN VALLEY PROJECT UNDER THE PRESIDENTIAL TASK FORCE FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MINDANAO.
There is hereby created under the Presidential Task Force for the Reconstruction and Development of Mindanao, organized under the Executive Order No. 411, s. 1973, a Project Development Study Team for the Arakan Valley Project composed as follows:

The Project Development Study Team herein organized shall immediately undertake the preparation of a detailed development plan for the Arakan Valley. It shall prepare detailed feasibility studies of roads that would be required in support of agricultural projects and the different agricultural enterprises that may be promoted in the area, incorporating settlement and commercial agricultural production concepts.1aшphi1
The development plan to be prepared for the area should include the area presently occupied by the Children Educational Fund Village, indicating how this Village can contribute to the total development of the Valley and its outlying areas.
The study team shall be under the supervision of the Executive Secretary as Chairman of the Presidential Task Force for the Reconstruction and Development of Mindanao thru the Task Force Secretariat. Support for the operations of the study team shall be charged to funds previously released to the Arakan Valley Project. The amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos (?150,000) shall be set aside by the Coordinator, Arakan Valley Project for this purpose.
All agencies of the Government, including government owned or controlled corporations are enjoined to provide the study team with such administrative and technical support., information and services as it may require for the proper execution of its assigned tasks.
This order shall take effect immediately.
