[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 350, March 15, 1973 ]
AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 283, SERIES OF 1972.
Due to the recent relocation of certain offices in the Administration Building, Memorandum Order No. 283, series of 1972, “Designating Certain Units in the Executive Office to Supervise the Upkeep of the Offices and Facilities on the Different Floors of the Administration Building,” is hereby amended so as to revise the units designated to supervise the upkeep of the respective areas assigned to them as follows:

The supervising unit head shall submit a weekly, instead of daily, progress report to the Executive Secretary, together with his comment and recommendation.
The following are hereby assigned as inspectors of floors hereunder indicated:

The following janitors of this Office who are assigned in the upkeep of the Administration Building (Executive Office wing) are hereby placed under the operational supervision of the units indicated hereunder:

The following janitors who are assigned to clean the stairways, elevators and chutes shall continue to be under the direct supervision of Mr. Alfredo Perucho, Senior Janitor, who in addition to his duties shall assist in the supervision of the above-named janitors.
