MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 349, March 5, 1973 ] OFFICIALLY NAMING THE BUILDING SITUATED AT 1115 J. P. LAUREL STREET, MANILA, AND DESIGNATING THE ADMINISTRATOR THEREOF. 1. Effective immediately the “building situated at 1115 J.P. Laurel St., San Miguel, Manila, and presently housing the Office of the Executive Secretary, some units of the Executive Office, and the Development Management Staff shall be officially named as the Executive Office Building, San Miguel Annex, Malacañang. 2. The Managing Director, Development Management Staff is hereby designated Administrator for the Executive Office Building, San Miguel Annex. He shall be responsible to the Executive Secretary for the proper management of the building and its facilities. 3. The Engineering Division, Malacañang, shall be responsible for the upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of the building, its offices and facilities.1aшphi1 The Chief, Engineering Division shall coordinate with the Administrator on the operational requirements therefor.
