DESIGNATING THE CHAIRMEN AND MEMBERS OF THE AMNESTY COMMISSIONS
Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 124 and Administrative Order No. 350, of the Office of the President of the Philippines, both dated February 2, 1973, and as recommended by the Secretary of Justice and the Secretary of National Defense, the following named District Judges of the Courts of First Instance and officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines are hereby designated to compose the Amnesty Commissions as hereunder indicated:
First Commission for Luzon and Palawan, all provinces, cities and islands traditionally belonging to Luzon and Palawan:
