AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 326 DATED DECEMBER 15, 1972, CREATING A TASK FORCE TO PREPARE THE IMPLEMENTING DETAILS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, considerable study is necessary in order to enable the Task Force created under Memorandum Order No. 326 dated December 15, 1972, toprepare the implementing details for the organization of the Department of Local Government and Community Development;

WHEREAS, the members of the Task Force so organized have been undertaking the necessary activities and need additional time to implement the aforesaid implementing details;

WHEREFORE, the detail of personnel as embodied in the aforesaid Memorandum Order No. 326 to the Department of Local Government and Community Development, whether they are from the agencies that are being merged into the Department or from other agencies, is hereby extended up to February 28, 1973.

The report of the Task Force shall be submitted to this Office not later than February 28, 1973.1aшphi1
