[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 343, February 5, 1973 ]
CREATING A COMMITTEE TO PREPARE THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Presidential Decree No. 110 dated January 26, 1973, declared the effectivity of the creation of the Civil Service Commission as provided in the new Constitution and prescribed the guidelines for the operations thereof;
WHEREAS, the guidelines referred to above are in broad terms which require further amplification so as to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the Civil Service Commission;
WHEREFORE, there is hereby created a Committee to prepare the implementing rules and regulations for the operation of the Civil Service Commission in the light of the provisions of the new Constitution and the guidelines set forth in Presidential Decree No. 110. The Committee shall be composed of the following

The Committee may create such sub-committees as it may need to assist it in its functions and may also enlist the assistance of any department, bureau, office or agency for this purpose.1aшphi1
