[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 342, February 2, 1973 ]
AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 338 DATED JANUARY 23, 1973, CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND PREPARE A WORKING PLAN FOR THE PLACEMENT OR RETIREMENT OF OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE DISPOSITION OF ITS PROPERTIES, FUNDS, RECORDS AND OTHER ASSETS OF CONGRESS AND THE 1971 CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION.
Memorandum Order No. 338 dated January 23, 1973, creating a Committee to Study and Prepare a Working Plan for the placement or retirement of officials and employees of the Congress of the Philippines and the disposition of its properties, funds, records and other assets of Congress and the 1971 Constitutional Convention, is hereby amended so as to designate Undersecretary PEDRO ALMANZOR as additional member of the Committee. The revised composition of the Committee is as follows:

The Secretary of Finance and the Commissioner of the Budget have been earlier directed to determine the officials and employees of the government who have been separated from the service as a result of the reorganization effected, under the Constitution, starting with those of Congress.1aшphi1 The Secretary of General Services and the Director of the National Archives have likewise been directed to make a proper inventory of all the records, equipment, buildings, facilities and other properties of such offices as have been abolished or reorganized under the Constitution.
The herein designation of Undersecretary Almanzor as additional member of the Committee created under Memorandum Order No. 338 completes the representations of, the various committees created for the same purpose, thus avoiding possible duplication of activities. It is understood, however, that the Secretary of Finance and the Secretary of General Services shall submit their own reports and recommendations in coordination with the above Committee so that, an integrated report thereon may be submitted to the President.
