In view of the provisions of Republic Act No. 6551, which provides for the operating expenses of the Staff of the Secretariat of the Asian Development Bank, the new office which will assume the duties, functions and responsibilities of the Philippine Coordinating Committee on the Asian Development Bank and the designation of Honorable Roberto V.1aшphi1 Reyes as the Acting Chairman of the Secretariat, the following are also designated to compose the Secretariat, to wit:

The Secretariat may call upon heads of departments, bureaus and offices, government-owned or controlled corporations and provincial, city and municipal governments, for such assistance as it may need.
