ATTENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 318 DATED NOVEMBER 22, 1972 CREATING AN INTERAGENCY TEAM TO CONDUCT AN OVERALL MANAGEMENT/FINANCIAL AUDIT OF THE MANILA ELECTRIC COMPANY.

Memorandum Order No. 318 dated November 22, 1972, creating an Inter-Agency Team to conduct an overall management/financial audit of the Manila Electric Company is  hereby amended so as to include the following named individuals as members of the said team:
