ASSIGNING DUTY OFFICERS IN THIS OFFICE DURING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
In furtherance of the objectives set forth in Memorandum Order No. 322 dated December 12, 1972, implementing in the Executive Office the two sets of work hours prescribed in Memorandum Circular No. 611, current series, the following chiefs of divisions are hereby designated as duty officers on the dates and time hereunder indicated:

The above schedule covers the period from December 30, 1972 to January 14, 1973, after which the officers shall render duty in the same order or sequence but will alternate in time schedule such that those who were assigned in the morning shall be assigned in the afternoon and vice versa.
The Duty Officers shall attend to urgent official business and shall also coordinate with the various divisions and primary units in this Office pertaining to matters falling within their respective divisions or units which may be the subject of immediate transactions. It is understood that they shall be available on call at any time during their scheduled date of duty and shall, therefore, inform the Personnel Officer in advance In case of inability to be on duty for reasons beyond their control so that arrangements for replacements can be effected.1aшphi1
The Personnel Officer shall inform the Executive Secretary and the Assistant Executive Secretary for Financial and Economic Affairs of the change in the schedule of above-named officers.
