CREATING A COMMITTEE TO UNDERTAKE A GENERAL STUDY AND, POSSIBLY UPDATING, OF ALL PRESIDENTIAL DECREES AND ORDERS ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES.
There is hereby created a Committee to undertake a general study and, possibly updating of all Presidential Decrees and Orders issued by the President of the Philippines with the view to amending or revising those which need to be amended or revised, or promulgating such Decrees and Orders as may be necessary. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

This Order takes effect immediately.
