CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE REORGANIZATION OF GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS IN METROPOLITAN MANILA
There is hereby created a committee to study the reorganization and/or re-structuring of government operations in the metropolitan Manila area.1aшphi1 The committee shall concern itself particularly with the inner metropolis, that is the are comprised by the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Pasay and Caloocan and the municipalities of Makati, Mandaluyong and San Juan.
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The following activities are to be undertaken:
1. To study the systems of municipal/city government in metropolitan Manila and to recommend whatever measures of coordination and integration are deemed appropriate.
2. To study the functions and responsibilities of the National Government in the metropolitan area, and to recommend whatever changes in structure and interrelation with municipal governments are deemed appropriate.1aшphi1
3. To accomplish the Study on or before January 31, 1973.
