[ Memorandum Order No. 311, November 8, 1972 ]

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO HANDLE THE PROPOSED ORGANIZATION OF THE BUREAU OF TRANSPORTATION.

Pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 11 dated November1, 1972, there is hereby created a Committee to organize the Bureau of Transportation composed of the following:

Gen. Marte Iglesias	–	Chairman
Commissioner Romeo Edu	–	Member
Director Jesus Z. Singson	–	Member
Commander Victorino Basco	–	Member

The Committee shall prepare the following:

a. Statement of specific functions of organizational units down to Section level;

b. Staffing pattern;

c. Proposed budgetaryrequirements (Proposed budget for FY 1974); and

d. Estimated workload of the proposed Bureau based on the past workloads of the agencies which will be merged in the proposed Bureau.

The report and recommendation of the Committee shall be submitted to the Secretary of Public Works, Transportation and Communications within two (2) weeks from the date hereof.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
