AUTHORIZING ATTY. DOMINGO G. FLORES TO CONTINUE TO ACT ON AND SIGN, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, PARDON MATTERS AND PAPERS OR COMMUNICATIONS IN THE LEGAL OFFICE WHICH ARE ROUTINE IN CHARACTER.

Atty. Domingo G. Flores (former Presidential Staff Assistant), now a Technical Assistant of this Office, is hereby empowered and authorized to continue to attend to act upon and sign, for and in behalf of the Executive Secretary, pardon matters and papers or communications in the Legal Office which are routine in character.1aшphi1
