REQUIRING ALL DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, OFFICES AND AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT TO FURNISH THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT WITH AT LEAST TWO SETS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS,the functions of the Office of the President are such that it takes cognizance of multifarious matters affecting the different departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the Government;
WHEREAS,in properly deciding or taking action on such matters, this Office has to take into account and be guided by the pertinent rules and regulations of the said departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the Government;
WHEREFORE, for the reference and guidance of this Office, all departments, bureaus, offices and agencies of the Government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby required to furnish this Office as soon as possible with at least two sets of their respective rules and regulations, if any.1aшphi1
