MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 278, March 6, 1972 ] ASSIGNING THE SMALL BUILDING AT THE MALACAÑANG PARK USED FOR RECORDS SAFEKEEPING TO THE PRESIDENTIAL SECURITY COMMAND AND DIRECTING THE DISPOSITION OF THE RECORDS THEREIN. The small building at the Malacañang Park used by the Records Office for the safekeeping of accounting and auditing records is hereby assigned for the use of the Presidential Security Command. For the purpose, the Presidential Records Officer, in coordination with the heads of the Accounting and Auditing Offices, is hereby directed to take immediate steps toward the disposition of the records therein.1aшphi1 By the authority of the President: (Sgd.)
