FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 128 DATED JUNE 27, 1969 ENTITLED “CREATING THE ACTION COMMITTEE ON CITIZENS COMPLAINTS.”

Memorandum Order No. 128 dated June 27, 1969, as amended by, Memorandum Orders .Nos. 173, 180 and 185 dated February 28, April 10, and June 17, 1970, respectively, entitled “CREATING THE ACTION COMMITTEE ON CITIZENS COMPLAINTS, ” is hereby further amended so as to include Mr. HECTOR LUMBA of the complaints and Investigation Office (formerly PARGO) in the membership of the said Committee, vice Mr. Jose C. Cruz who retired.
