DESIGNATING MESSRS. ARTHUR ALVENDIA AND ROBERTO DE OCAMPO OF THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT STAFF (DMS) AS MEMBERS OF THE NEGOTIATING TEAM CONSTITUTED UNDER MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 218, DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1971.

Messrs. ARTHUR ALVENDIA and ROBERTO DE OCAMPO, both of the Development Management Staff, are– hereby designated as additional members of the Negotiating Team constituted under Memorandum Order No. 218, dated February 17, 1971, to deal and negotiate with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the purpose of securing assistance for the rural electrification program.

Memorandum Order No. 218 is hereby modified accordingly.1aшphi1

This Order takes effect immediately.
