The Technical Committee shall gather all information and data on the various proposals for establishing a local small arms plant/arms manufacture submitted for consideration of the national Security Council. It small also present to the NSC all relevant information needed to arrive at a decision as to the boat proposal to be selected.
So assist the Technical Committee in its tasks, the following are designated Consultants/Advisers:
CG, AFP Supply Center
CO, Naval Shore Establishment, HPN CO, PAF DEPOT, HPAF
Chief, Ordinance & Chemical Service, AFP
Mr. Agustin Cancio, Private Sector
