[ Memorandum Order No. 258, October 7, 1971 ]

PROVIDING FOR ASSISTANCE TO THE COMMISSION ON REORGANIZATION CREATED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5435, RELATIVE TO THE ORGANIZATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM PURSUANT TO R.A. 6389.

It is hereby directed that the following representatives of the agencies and offices enumerated below and such other offices and agencies of the government as are requested by the Commission on Reorganization created pursuant to Republic Act No. 5435, as amended, to be designated, cooperate and assist in the making of recommendations for the organization of the Department of Agrarian Reform:

1.  Albina Dans, representing the Civil Service Commission;

2. Miguel Doctor, representing WAPCO;

3. Benjamin Mercado, representing the Management Services, Budget Commission;

4. Angelita Ofilada, representing DHS/EES;

5. Silvestre Sarmiento, representing Budget Operation Services, Budget Commission.

In the performance of their duties, the representatives so designated are specifically enjoined to present, through the Commission on Reorganization, the official viewpoints of their respective offices in the making of recommendations required to be submitted to the President by virtue of the provisions of Section 15, Republic Act No. 6389 above-cited.1aшphi1
