CREATING A COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT AN ON-THE-SPOT INSPECTION OF THE PREMISES AND RACING FACILITIES OF THE MANILA JOCKEY CLUB, INC.

A Committee is hereby created to conduct an ocular inspection of the premises and racing facilities of the San Lazaro Hippodrome with a view to determining whether or not it may “be permitted to resume operations as a racing entity. The Committee shall he composed of the following:

Assistant Director Carlos Castillo
Bureau of Public Works Chairman

Mr. Jose Santos
Representing Thoroughbred Horse
Breeders Association of the Philippines Member

Mr. Manolo Iñigo President
Philippine Sports-writers Association Member

Atty. Vicente Soriano
Office of the President Member

Mr. Elias Avante
Architect, UP College of Architecture Member

A representative of the PCSO Member

A representative of the PTS Member

A representative of the White Cross, Inc. Member

A representative of horse-owners,
trainers, and Jockeys to be appointed by them Member

The members of the Committee shall personally conduct an on-the-spot inspection of the premises of the San Lazaro Hippodrome with particular attention to determining whether the racing facilities are adequate and sufficient for the comfort, convenience and protection of all racing segments concerned, in accordance with the pertinent provisions of & Racing Law (Rep. Act No. 309) and the Racing Rules,

The Committee shall submit its recommendation as soon as practicable.1aшphi1
