CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND FORMULATE WAYS AND MEANS OF PRESERVING AREAS DECLARED AS NATIONAL SHRINES FREE FROM ENCROACHMENTS
In order to preserve and maintain the areas in various parts of the country which have been reserved, or which may thereafter be reserved, and declared as National Shrines in view of their relevance to events of historical significance free from any form of encroachment by private persons or entities, or unauthorized agencies, offices or instrumentalities of the local or National government, there is hereby created and constituted a committee which shall study, formulate and adopt ways and means of preserving and maintaining the territorial integrity of the National Shrines concerned including, as a necessary basis, the survey and plotting on the ground of the metes and bounds of the Mt. Samat, Tirad Pass and other National Shrines as technically described in the various proclamations establishing them. The Committee shall be composed of the following members:

The offices represented in the Committee shall perform and implement the measures prescribed by the Committee pertaining to their respective jurisdiction or functions,.1aшphi1
All other departments, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, as well as local governments are hereby directed to render and extend assistance to the Committee, or any of its members, whenever such assistance is sought in the discharge of the Committee’s functions.
All are enjoined to act accordingly.
