MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 238, June 7, 1971 ] PROVIDING INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE PROPER UPKEEP OF THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING. Effective immediately, the following instructions are hereby issued for the information and guidance of all concerned: 1. Children shall not be allowed inside the Administration Building. 2. All entrances to the Administration. Building shall be kept closed during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, except the front entrance and the names of all callers entering the building during said days must be recorded by the Malacañang Information and Assistance Unit. 3. All toilets must he provided with locks, and sufficient keys therefor shall be provided the primary divisions or units using the toilets.1aшphi1 The Provost Officer shall, in coordination with the Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds Division, enforce the foregoing and see to it that the same are complied with.
